I was skeptical about unflavored collagen, but this dissolves completely in my morning coffee with zero aftertaste, and the 12g per scoop is easy to track. Three weeks in, my nails are noticeably less brittle without me changing anything else.
Stirred it into plain yogurt and it dissolved with zero grittiness, which surprised me. Twelve grams per scoop is solid for the price, and my joints have felt noticeably less creaky after two weeks.
I’ve mixed it into my morning smoothie and even plain cold water—no clumping, no taste, just a clean boost. My joints feel noticeably better after two weeks, and I love that it comes from wild-caught cod. The 12g per scoop is easy to track, too.
