The chocolate flavor dissolves pretty cleanly into my morning coffee without that weird chalky aftertaste most collagen powders have. I've been adding a scoop to my smoothies for two weeks now and it actually makes them taste like a treat.
I've tried many collagen powders that taste like chalk, but this one's chocolate flavor is genuinely dessert-like. It dissolves completely in my morning coffee with no gritty texture.
