Galaretka wołowa – bez smaku

Made two batches of gummies with this and they set firmly in about ten minutes, no fuss. The fact that it actually gels in cold liquids is a game-changer for my iced tea protein shakes.

My morning bone broth finally thickens to that rich, silky consistency I remember from my grandmother’s kitchen — the way it gels in cold liquid is honestly magic. Two teaspoons and a quick stir, and my stews have that deep, savory body without any flavor getting in the way.

Took a few tries to get the ratio right for gelling, but once I did, it sets beautifully in cold liquid. Perfect for thickening sauces and making homemade gummies without any flavor.
