The FORTIGEL® and AquaLOX® combo actually did what it promised—my shoulder felt smoother during workouts by day ten, and post-run soreness dropped off noticeably. Mixes clean in water with no weird aftertaste, which is a bonus since I'm picky about that.
Two weeks in and my knees don't creek when I get up from my desk anymore, which is a huge win for me. The FORTIGEL® really seems to be doing its job with my joint comfort. It's a small daily habit that's actually paying off.
Three weeks of daily scoops and the morning aches in my hips are noticeably quieter, which is huge since I'm on my feet all day. Fortigel and AquaLOX seem to actually do the job here, not just sit in the powder.
